Meetings are held in one of the Conference rooms at Somerset House in the Strand on the First working Monday of the month (except August) commencing at 18.15 hrs.
The meeting place is open from 17.00hrs (5.00pm) when members may meet other members and exchange stamps etc and for the display of members auction lots for sale at the end of the entertainment or displays.

Talks normally commence approx 6.20pm after any announcements and are followed by the members auction at approx 7.30pm with the evening finishing at approx 8.30pm.
Refreshments are not available although you may bring your sandwiches to eat before the meeting.
