Preliminary changes to Exchange Branch Packet Distributions
Due to the recent closure of the London and the Foreign Exchange Branches and the transfer of their business to the surviving (and overloaded!) Spacefillers and Single Country Exchange Branch, Council have decided to split this latter into TWO separate Exchange Branches.

The Single Country (and thematic) Exchange Branch will for the time being be operated by Derek Ward and vendors wishing to send in club books for those countries or areas requested from time to time in the bulletin, should continue to send their books to Derek. After these books have been seen by the respective members they will be passed by hand to Bob Van Goethem for inclusion in the Postal Space Filler Distribution.

All other books, intended for Postal Space Filler Distribution should however be sent direct to Bob Van Goethem at 26 Gun Lane, KNEBWORTH, SG3 6BH who will be making up and sending out distributions in future. These will mostly include books labeled "Commonwealth", "Foreign" or "BC" and all those books labeled as a single country that have not been requested in the bulletin.

There will be no change to the Colonial Postal Exchange Branch being run at present by Reg Smith.

The above "split" will take effect from October 1st 2008 and updates the CEBS’s report at the AGM.
