Editor’s Introduction
Welcome to the July Bulletin. This edition includes as usual the Minutes of the AGM plus reports on recent meetings and details concerning the 2008 Postal Auction. Talking of 2008, next year marks the Diamond Jubilee of the CSPS and details on the events to mark this milestone are included in this Bulletin, so do take a look. 

I have used a new type-face for this edition and changed the coverage on each page, so I would welcome your thoughts, either positive or negative. If you prefer this version it will be adopted in future. There are still a few minor technical issues with it so the formatting on some pages is strange.

Group Leaders are reminded that their annual returns should be sent to the Membership Secretary. The Society is sorry to record the passing of George Degg and Mr D Bradley. George was our Postal Auctioneer for many years and as news of his passing only reached me in June, a formal obituary tribute will appear in the next edition.
