The Civil Service Philatelic Society is not a Federation nor is it in any sense, a rival of any society flourishing in many C S Departments. Membership includes specialists, general collectors and beginners, but the atmosphere is so friendly and informal that no one could feel out of place.

This site has been running for a number of years now and has grown to quite a large site with over 40 pages.  Hence I have introduced a section for older material which will be removed as the site is updated in the future.
